  • Cost (line) - useable for direct ship, special orders/MISC items, credit memos, and POs.
  • Secondary Salesperson (header)
  • Shipto# (header)
  • ETA Date (header) - to support POs

Reason for Change: Add more information to the Stark web service createPendingOrder.
